SharePoint Design Funnies – Intranet Requirements

Have you ever sat in front of a client and heard them say, “We don’t care what it looks like as long as it doesn’t look like SharePoint.”   If so, you have heard the most common request for SharePoint Design.  Hopefully that is changing.  The comic below illustrates how silly this requirement is.  SharePoint Branding Intranet Requirements

    Diane Hebert is just a spam bot – the spam is in the user’s name/url.

    Regarding the comic – that’s why you need a wireframe tool like Balsamiq or Mockflow between step 1 and 2. It’s easy that clients can understand, especially the navigation part and different page layouts, and they don’t get freaking distracted about some weird border thickness or colour.
